Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The wrong product was sent

  • The product is defective

  • The product is expired

Conditions

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Animal food items opened/used cannot be returned unless damaged on arrival.

  • Hygiene products (brushes, feeders, grooming tools) are not returnable unless defective.

  • Perishable pet food opened/used

  • Customized items

  • Discounted items (unless damaged)

Return Process

  • Provide order ID, images, and reason

  • Our team will approve the return

  • Courier pickup will be arranged in 2–4 days

Refunds

  • Refund processed after product inspection

  • Refund may take 4–7 working days to reflect
